Patriotic Prophecies

It may not be as clear as crystal
But it’s as clear as a flying nuclear missile
Piercing through the skies with a whistle.
Death is dressed in all black, clinching onto a sickle.

Do not be blinded by patriotism.
Its foolishness overlooks the innocence of victims.
A superiority complex will ensue
And the rest of the world will be infidels to you.
The atrocities committed by imperialists
Are unaccountable like the body count of people found worthless.

Infant bodies will be tossed and sliced in the air
By Americans who have no hearts or ears
So they do not hear the cries
Escaping from the final minutes of infant lives.
Even the children you will look down upon.
But wrong is wrong –

Your country becomes the best and greatest
Soon enough though, the whole world will hate U-S.
Wars will erupt on every continent.
Revolts will be ubiquitous by your occupants.
Your allies will become your enemies
Then there will be destruction that history has never seen:

Bombs, bombs and bombs!
Tanks, arms, and napalm!

Invincibility cannot always last.
Economical stability too will crash.

If we cannot admit our own wrongs
And continue to go along
With what our leaders have done
Then this war will not be won!

So put down your flags and say enough is enough!
You love your homeland but not so much
That you excuse it for being corrupt
And are willing to give its foundation up!

It may not be as clear as crystal
But it’s as clear as a flying nuclear missile
Flying towards the Midwest to hit homes.
Death is dressed in all black clinching onto a sickle.
